We saw the first time ErgoPack at the show LOGISTICA in Utrecht and decided to have soon a presentation in our warehouse. Since June 2016 we have now our ErgoPack 725E and our staff members are 100 % satisfied with it. With ErgoPack we can strap all sizes of our pallets easy, safe and ergonomic. Unsere Erfahrungen mit dem ErgoPack 725E Als erstes möchte ich mich vorstellen. Mein Name ist Hans van Gemert. Ich arbeite seit 7 Jahren als Teamleiter bei der Blokker Logistik Zentrale in Geldermalsen. In einer Abteilung, in der ich Teamleiter bin, benutzen wir 2 Umreifungsmaschinen von ErgoPack. Davor haben wir Handzurrgeräte und Klammern verwendet, was immer Probleme bereitete. Seit eineinhalb Jahren arbeiten wir nun mit dem ErgoPack 725E eine sehr gute Lösung für uns. Wir benutzen das Umreifungssystem bei der Sortierung, bei der 8 Kisten auf einem Trolli umreift werden. Wenn wir nicht umreifen kann es vorkommen, dass die Kisten rausfallen und unsere Produkte beschädigt werden. In ErgoPack haben wir eine Maschine gefunden die einfach zu bedienen ist, sehr mobil ist und ein stabiles, reisfestes Band besitzt. Wir umreifen 200 Trollies pro Tag. In Zeiten in denen viel los ist, umreifen wir durchaus auch einmal die doppelte Anzahl. Eine zuverlässige und qualitative Maschine ist für uns sehr wichtig und notwendig im Tagesgeschäft. Mit dem Kauf des ErgoPack 725E bekamen wir von einem Mitarbeiter von ErgoPack eine gute Einweisung in die Maschine. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Servicenummer, die jederzeit erreichbar ist, falls etwas mit der Maschine ist. ErgoPack 725E hat noch weitere Vorteile: Es können verschiedene Breiten eingestellt werden, die Maschine ist sehr störungsfrei, das Band ist einfach zu wechseln und eine leicht verständliche Bedienungsanleitung ist mit dabei. Die Maschine läuft mit einem Akku, mit dem wir den ganzen Tag umreifen können. Falls der Akku trotzdem einmal leer ist, können wir während der Ladezeit mit einem Ersatzakku weiterarbeiten. Der Akku ist sehr leicht zu wechseln. Kurz gesagt, der ErgoPack ist sehr einfach in der Bedienung, praktisch und vor allem eine zuverlässige Maschine. Da die Maschine so leicht zu bedienen ist, würde ich sie jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Hans van Gemert
