Service by phone
First if you announce us an incident with your strapping system, our technical staff tries to find out the cause together with you by phone and tries to resolve the issue with you.

If this does not work, we will repair your system at your premises.

We have also a wide stock of spare parts so we are able to deliver in shortest time (1 – 2 days).

Downtime and repair costs are reduced in any case to a minimum this way!
